Section 5904.5 - Application for designation as a Center for Advanced Technology

(a) An application for designation as a Center for Advanced Technology shall be filed with the executive director on forms supplied by the foundation and shall conform to the guidelines and instructions provided by the executive director.

(b) The application shall address all of the matters set forth in section 5904.6 of this Part to be considered by the board in reviewing such applications.

(c) An application shall be complete, in proper form and verified by the responsible administrative and fiscal representative(s) of the applicant.

(d) The executive director shall acknowledge receipt of the application and shall notify the applicant if he finds that the application is incomplete.
