(a) Fees for inspection, search or certification. There shall be no fee charged for: (1) inspection of records;(2) search for records; or(3) any certification pursuant to this Part.(b) Fees for photocopies. The fee for copies of records which do not exceed 9 x 14 inches is 25 cents per photocopy. The fee for copies of records other than photocopies which are 9 x 14 inches or less in size shall be the actual copying cost, excluding fixed agency costs such as salaries.N.Y. Comp.
