Section 4243.14 - Eligible uses

(a) Program funds for Federal and urban site development financing projects may be used for:

(1) new construction, renovation or leasehold improvements;

(2) the acquisition or leasing of land, buildings, machinery and equipment; and

(3) preliminary planning and the soft costs related to any of the above uses.

(b) Program funds for Federal and urban site development financing may not be used for any ineligible costs.
