Section 4243.33 - Eligible uses

(a) Program funds for capital access projects provided through flexible financing programs may be used for:

(1) new construction, renovation or leasehold improvements;

(2) the acquisition or leasing of land, buildings, machinery and equipment;

(3) soft costs related to any of the above uses; and

(4) working capital.

(b) Program funds for such capital access projects may not be used for any ineligible costs.
