An administering corporation may charge reasonable loan application and loan commitment fees pursuant to a schedule of fees adopted by the administering corporation and approved by the corporation and may collect such out-of-pocket expenses as it may reasonably incur in connection with the processing of any loan application and the closing of any loan hereunder.
