Section 4212.10 - Agreements in connection with commercial revitalization projects

(a) Eligible recipients who receive program assistance in connection with commercial revitalization projects shall execute a project agreement with the corporation.

(b) Property owners and/or tenants who participate in commercial revitalization projects shall execute a grant and disbursement agreement (on terms acceptable by corporation) with the eligible recipient or the municipality if so designated by the eligible recipient, which shall outline the terms and conditions pursuant to which such grants are made.
