Section 5.38 - Selection of casual security officers

Qualified casual security officers shall be selected in accordance with their seniority classification in the industry. For purposes of section 5.31 of this Part, if two or more casual security officers have the same seniority, the casual security officer with the lower commission license number will be entitled to priority in hiring.
