Section 8195-2.4 - Use of State advisory appraisals
(a) The assessor shall report to ORPTS the manner in which that advisory appraisal will be used in preparing an assessment for the tentative assessment roll. The notification to ORPTS must be received at least 45 days prior to the tentative assessment roll.
(b) Forms. The notification of the manner in which the advisory appraisal has been used shall be made on a form provided by ORPTS. Communications pursuant to this Part may be transmitted by electronic means if all parties so agree.
