Section 8195-1.1 - County advisory appraisals

(a) Advisory appraisals performed by a county shall be done in the same manner as advisory appraisals performed by the State pursuant to Subpart 8195-2 of this Part, insofar as practicable.

(b) County appraisal personnel shall satisfy the minimum qualification standards for real property appraiser set forth in Subpart 8188-5 of this Title.
