Section 8188-5.4 - Reports of appointment of real property appraisers; application

A county director shall notify ORPTS within 15 days after learning from the clerk of a local government or county clerk that a real property appraiser has been appointed. The report shall set forth the name of the local government, the name and address of the appraiser and the date that his or her term of office commences or commenced.
