Section 8186-10.6 - Notification of adjusted base proportions

The clerk of the legislative body of each homestead assessing unit shall notify ORPTS of information for each class and for each portion class pursuant to section 1903 of the Real Property Tax Law which shall include but not be limited to documentation of the procedures and computations used to adjust the current base proportions to arrive at the adjusted base proportions and the data used in performing the procedures and computations.
