Section 2380.11 - Secrecy of wage reporting information

The provisions of subdivision (e) of section 697 of the Tax Law regarding secrecy requirements and penalties for violation shall apply to all information required under section 171-a and paragraph (4) of section 674(a) of the Tax Law and these regulations.
