Section 646.1 - Trust mortgage defined

Tax Law, § 259

(a)Trust mortgage means a mortgage given by a corporation to a trustee to secure payment of bonds or obligations issued or to be issued by such corporation.

(b) The bonds or obligations secured by the trust mortgage may be issued prior to or after the mortgage has been presented for recording.
