Section 539.1 - General

(a) The provisions of this Part generally apply to initial registration of a vendor, filing of certificates of registration, issuance, refusal, suspension and revocation of certificates of authority.

(b) For expiration of certificates of authority and registration renewals see Part 540 of this Title.
