Section 156.9 - No State guaranty.

ANY ABLE account is not insured by the State and neither the principal deposited, the payment of interest nor investment or other return is guaranteed by the State. The NY ABLE account savings agreement, the program disclosure booklet an d every contract, application and similar document that may be used in connection with a contribution to an account shall clearly indicate that the account is not insured or guaranteed by the State.
