Section 33.1 - Form of statement

The debt statement form to be used in connection with public sales of bonds by school districts under the provisions of section 109.00 of the Local Finance Law and title 10 of article 2 of the Local Finance Law shall be in the form shown at Exhibit attached hereto[FN*] and hereby made a part hereof, as fully as if herein set forth.
