Section 1265.2 - Applicability

(a) This Part shall apply to:

(1) the construction of a new residential structure;

(2) an addition to an existing residential structure; and

(3) the rehabilitation of an existing residential structure.

(b) This Part shall not apply in any city having a population in excess of one million persons.
