Section 936.1 - Applicability

This part shall apply to the following individuals:

(a) The four statewide elected officials;

(b) State officers or employees; and

(c) Political party chairmen;

who are required to file an annual statement of financial disclosure pursuant to section 73-a of the Public Officers Law.
