Section 334.5 - Envelopes to be identified

All envelopes must bear conspicuous identification as military balloting material, in accordance with section 334.6 of this Part. If it is not practicable to print the indicia, the same may be placed on the envelopes by hand stamp, addressograph, or by affixing labels or stickers.
