Section 200.10 - Serving of notices by Cemetery Board or division

Unless otherwise specified by statute, all notices or other papers shall be served by the State Cemetery Board or the division upon a cemetery corporation in person or by mail. When any party is represented by an attorney, service upon such attorney shall be deemed service upon the party.
