Section 609.6 - Other conditions and standards

If any provisions or requirements in this Subchapter of department regulations are rendered inoperative, ineffective or inconsistent as the result of any legislative, judicial or superseding administrative revisions or mandates, any interim procedures, directions or interpretations so labelled or described will take precedence over the described regulations.
