Section 519.20 - Hearing record

(a) A verbatim record of the hearing will be made.

(b) The hearing testimony, the hearing exhibits, the agency determination, the hearing officer's official report containing the substance of what happened at the hearing and the hearing officer's recommendations, all papers and requests filed in the proceeding prior to the close of the hearing, the findings of the hearing officer, and the hearing decision constitute the complete and exclusive record of the hearing.
