Section 477.2 - Renewals

(a) At least 60 days prior to the termination of the period of validity of an operating certificate, the facility shall refile an application for the renewed issuance of such operating certificate.

(b) This section shall not be applicable to any facility operated by an authorized agency, as such term is defined in section 371.10(a) of the Social Services Law.
