Section 463.8 - Reporting

(a) The provision of social, educational, or medical services shall be reported to the Social Services Information System (SSIS) under Item 30, Services: Code 16, Family-Planning Services.

(b) The social services official shall report to the department periodically, as required, data from the documentation required to be maintained in agency records.
