Section 459.11 - Use of validation percentages
(a) If it is determined by the above procedures that at least 75 percent of the participants in the sample have incomes which do not exceed 90 percent of the State's median income adjusted for family size, reimbursement to the local districts for payments shall continue subject to compliance with other provisions of this Part, for the ensuing 12-month period. If such procedures determined that less than 75 percent of the participants have incomes which do not exceed 90 percent of the State's median income adjusted for family size, the department shall take appropriate action in accordance with 45 CFR 228.61.
(b) One copy of the summary report shall be sent to the main office of the local social services district conducting the validation.
