Section 402.4 - Merit system

(a) The social services district shall establish and maintain methods of personnel administration in conformity with standards for a merit system as prescribed by the Civil Service Law.

(b) The social services district shall develop and implement an affirmative action plan for equal employment opportunity in all aspects of personnel administration in furtherance of the purposes of article 15 of the Executive Law.
