Section 383.4 - Medical assistance

(a) Each social services district shall issue medical assistance payment access cards for its entire public assistance- and medical assistance-only caseload (including chronic and foster-care cases) in the manner and at the times required in Part 360 of this Title.

(b) The payment access card issued to a person eligible for medical assistance shall constitute full authorization for providing any medical services and supplies for which the person is eligible.
