Section 226.7 - Subject matter list

(a) The records access officer shall maintain a reasonably detailed current list, by subject matter, of all records in its possession. The list shall be sufficiently detailed to permit the requester to identify the file category of the records sought.

(b) The subject matter list shall be revised at least semiannually and the date of the most recent revision shall appear on the first page.
