Section 8155.01 - City of Mount Vernon

(a) Route 22. The northbound and southbound roadways of Route 22 between CR 70 (Pelham Parkway) and the New York city line, provided that this route shall only be used between the hours of 7 p.m. and 7 a.m.

(b) South Third Avenue. The northbound and southbound roadways of South Third Avenue between Route 22 and Roslyn Place, provided that this route shall only be used between the hours of 7 p.m. and 7 a.m.

(c) Roslyn Place. The eastbound and westbound roadways of Roslyn Place between South Third Avenue and the ABF Terminal, provided that this route shall only be used between the hours of 7 p.m. and 7 a.m.

(d) Dock Street. The eastbound and westbound roadways of Dock Street between the Yellow Freight terminal and Route 22, provided that this route shall only be used between the hours of 7 p.m. and 7 a.m.
