Section 8129.14 - Town of Niagara

(a) Route 182. The northbound and southbound roadways of Porter Road, Route 182, between IR 190 and Niagara Falls Boulevard, Route 62.

(b) Packard Road. The northeastbound and southwestbound roadways of Packard Road between the Niagara Expressway, IR 190 northbound off-ramp, and a point 700+- feet southwest of the northbound off-ramp; provided, however, that this route is designated as an access highway for use by tandem trailer combinations and by vehicles up to 102 inches in width only, and is not hereby designated as an access highway for tractor-semitrailer combinations with an overall length greater than 55 feet with a 48-foot trailer or greater than 60 feet with a 45- foot trailer.

(c) Packard Road. Packard Road between I-190 and Route 182, Porter Road.
