Section 8128.67 - Town of Hempstead

(a) Merrick Avenue, a county road, between Old Country Road and Stewart Avenue, a distance of 0.8 mile, is designated as an access highway for special dimension vehicles; provided, however, that this route shall only be used between the hours of 7 p.m. and 7 a.m.

(b) Stewart Avenue. Stewart Avenue between Merrick Avenue and Caldor Store, Garden City.

(c) Quentin Roosevelt Boulevard, a county road, between Stewart Avenue and Commercial Avenue, a distance of 0.2 mile, is designated as an access highway for special dimension vehicles; provided, however, that this route shall only be used between the hours of 7 p.m. and 7 a.m.

(d) East Gate Boulevard. East Gate Boulevard between Old County Road and North Avenue.

(e) North Avenue. North Avenue between East Gate Boulevard and the Roadway Package Systems terminal.

(g) Route 24. Route 24 between Hempstead-Oyster Bay town line and Caldor Store, Levitttown.

(h) Route 135 between Route 27 and Merrick Road.

(i) Merrick Road between Route 135 and Hempstead/Oyster Bay town line.

(j) Merrick Avenue between Stewart Avenue and Route 24.

(k) Route 24 between Merrick Avenue and East Meadow Avenue.

(l) East Meadow Avenue between Route 24 and Pathmark Facility.
