Section 8123.00 - General
(a) Route 12. The northbound and southbound roadway between the Oneida-Lewis county line to the intersection of Franklin Street in the Village of Lyons Falls, a distance of 7.0+- miles in the Town of Leyden and the Villages of Port Leyden and Lyons Falls.
(b) Route 3. The eastbound and westbound roadways of Route 3 between the Jefferson county line and St. Lawrence county line, a distance of 11.5+- miles in the Town of Diana and the Village of Harrisville, are hereby designated as an access highway for use by 48-foot long, 102-inch wide trailers, and are not hereby designated as an access highway for any other types of vehicles.
(c) Route 26. The northbound and southbound roadways of Route 26 between the Jefferson county line and the intersection of Route 12, a distance of 13.9+- miles in the Towns of Denmark and Lowville, and the Village of Lowville.
(d) Route 12. The northbound and southbound roadways of Route 12 between the intersection of Route 26 in the Village of Lowville and the intersection of Franklin Street in the Village of Lyons Falls, a distance of 14.7+- miles in the Towns of Lowville, Martinsburg, Turin and West Turin and the Villages of Lowville and Lyons Falls.
(e) Route 410. Route 410 between Route 26 and Route 126, a distance of 3.9+- miles in the Towns of Croghan and Denmark and the Village of Castorland.
(f) Route 126. The eastbound and westbound roadways of Route 126 between the intersection of Route 410 and the intersection of Route 812, a distance of 5.6+- miles, in the Towns of Croghan and New Bremen, and the Village of Croghan, are designated as an access highway for use by 48-foot long, 102-inch wide trailers and are not hereby designated as an access highway for any other types of vehicles.
(g) Route 12. Route 12 between the intersection of Routes 12 and 26 in the Village of Lowville, and the Lewis-Jefferson county line, a distance of 14 miles in the Towns of Lowville, Harrisburg and Denmark, and the Villages of Copenhagen and Lowville.
(h) Route 26. Route 26 between the intersection of Route 12 and the Lewis-Oneida county line, a distance of 25+- miles in the Towns of Lowville, Martinsburg, Turin, West Turin and Lewis, and the Villages of Constable, Lowville and Turin.
