Section 8118.01 - City of Batavia

(a) Route 98 (Oak Street) between IR 90 (NYS Thruway) and Routes 5, 33 and 63 (Main Street).

(b) Routes 33 and 98 (Oak Street Extension) between Routes 5, 33 and 63 (Main Street) and Route 33 (Pearl Street).

(c) [Repealed]

(d) Industrial Boulevard between Route 33 (Pearl Street) and Apollo Drive.

(e) Apollo Drive between Industrial Boulevard and a point 700+- feet east of Industrial Boulevard.

(f)-(g) [Repealed]

(h) Cedar Street between Route 63 (Ellicott Street) and a point 1500+- feet north of Route 63 (Ellicott Street).
