(a) Route 266. The northbound and southbound roadways of River Road, Route 266, between a point 1000± feet north of the Town of Tonawanda - City of Tonawanda line and the Town of Tonawanda - City of Buffalo line, in the Town and City of Tonawanda.

(b) US Route 62. The northbound and southbound roadways of US Route 62, between Route 179 and Miller Avenue in the Village of Blasdell and Town of Hamburg.
