Section 8113.00 - General
(a) US Route 9. The northbound and southbound roadways of US Route 9 between IR 84 and Route 44/55, a distance of 13.5+- miles in the City of Poughkeepsie, the Villages of Fishkill and Wappingers Falls and the Towns of Fishkill, Poughkeepsie and Wappinger.
(b) Route 44/55. The eastbound and westbound roadways of Route 44/55, including the Mid- Hudson Bridge eastbound and westbound roadways between the Ulster county line and Route 55; provided, however, that this route shall only be used between the hours of 6 p.m. and 6 a.m. and from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the City of Poughkeepsie and the Town of Poughkeepsie.
(c) Route 55. The eastbound and westbound roadways of Route 55 between Route 44/55 and the John Page Industrial Park in the Town of Poughkeepsie and the Town of LaGrange.
(d) Route 199. The eastbound and westbound roadways of Route 199, including the Kingston-Rhinecliff Bridge, between the Ulster county line and Route 9G, a distance of 2.0+- miles; provided, however, that the Kingston-Rhinecliff Bridge shall not be used between the hours of 6:30 a.m. and 8:30 a.m., and between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. in the Town of Rhinebeck.
(e) Route 9G. The northbound and southbound roadways of Route 9G between Route 9 and Route 199 (Kingston-Rhinecliff Bridge approach), a distance of 1.35+- miles in the Town of Rhinebeck.
(f) US Route 9. US Route 9 between Route 9G and the Dutchess County/Columbia county line in the Towns of Red Hook and Rhinebeck and Village of Red Hook.
(g) Route 376. Route 376 between New Hackensack Road, CR 104 and Route 113, a distance of 2.3+- miles in the Towns of Poughkeepsie and Wappinger.
(h) Route 113. Route 113 between US Route 9 and Route 376, a distance of 3+- miles in the Town of Poughkeepsie.
(i) US Route 44. US Route 44 between US Route 44/Route 55 and Burnett Boulevard, a distance of 0.4+- mile in the Town of Poughkeepsie.
(j) Route 55. Route 55 between Route 22 (end of overlap) and the Connecticut state line, a distance of 3.1+- miles.
(k) Route 22. Route 22 between Route 55 (end of overlap) and the Dutchess-Columbia county line, a distance of 28.7+- miles.
