Section 8109.18 - Town of Plattsburgh

(a) Town Road, Military Turnpike Extension. The northbound and southbound roadway of the Military Turnpike Extension, between the intersection of Route 3 and a point 1+- mile south of the Military Turnpike Extension at the Yellow Freight Systems Inc., terminal.

(b) Route 3. The eastbound and westbound roadways of Cornelia Street, Route 3, between the intersection of IR 87 and Route 3, and the intersection of Route 190.

(c) Route 314. The eastbound and westbound roadway of Route 314 between IR 87, exit 39 and Route 9, a distance of 0.3 mile.

(d) Route 22. Route 22 between I-87, exit 38, and the Industrial Park Road, a distance of 0.75+- mile.

(e) Industrial Park Road. Industrial Park Road between Route 22 and the Roadway Services Terminal, a distance of 0.50+- mile.

(f) Hammond Lane. Hammond Lane from the intersection of Route 3 to Kastner Road, a distance of 0.3+- mile.

(g) Kastner Road. Kastner Road from the intersection of Hammond Lane to the St. Johnsburry Trucking facility, a distance of 0.2+- mile.

(h) Cumberland Head Road (CR 578, Route 314) between US Route 9 and the Cumberland Head-Grand Isle Ferry, a distance of 4.0+- miles.
