Section 8058.00 - General

(a) IR 95. The northbound and southbound roadways of IR 95 between the New Jersey - New York state line and the Bronx-Westchester county line in the Counties of New York and Bronx; except that the entire section has operating limitations during morning and evening peak traffic periods and usage is restricted from the left lane.

(b) IR 295. The northbound and southbound roadways of IR 295 between IR 95 and IR 495 in the Counties of Bronx and Queens; except that the entire section has operating limitations during morning and evening peak traffic periods and usage is restricted from the left lane.
