Section 8038.00 - General

(a) IR 90. The northbound and southbound roadways of IR 90 between the Albany-Rensselaer county line and the Rensselaer-Columbia county line in the City of Rensselaer and Towns of North Greenbush, East Greenbush and Schodack.

(b) The Berkshire Connection. The eastbound and westbound roadways of the Berkshire Connection between the Albany-Rensselaer county line and exit B1 on IR 90 in the Town of Schodack.
