Section 8003.00 - General

(a) IR 81. The northbound and southbound roadways of IR 81 between the New York - Pennsylvania state line and the Broome-Cortland county line in the City of Binghamton, Village of Whitney Point, and Towns of Kirkwood, Dickinson, Chenango, Barker, Triangle and Lisle.

(b) IR 88. The eastbound and westbound roadways of IR 88 between Route 12A and the Broome-Chenango county line in the Towns of Chenango, Fenton and Colesville.

(c) Route 17. The eastbound and westbound roadways of Route 17 between the Tioga- Broome county line and the Broome-Delaware county line in the City of Binghamton, Villages of Johnson City, Windsor and Deposit, and Towns of Kirkwood, Windsor, Sanford, Vestal, Union and Dickinson.
