Section 600.3 - Roadside and destination emissions inspection procedures and test methods

Roadside and destination diesel emission inspections shall be performed in accordance with the procedures contained in 6 NYCRR section 217-5.5 - Emissions Inspection Procedures and Test Methods, using testing equipment that complies with the requirements of 6 NYCRR section 217-6.6 - Test Equipment Specifications and Test Procedures.
