Section 5A.01 - Function

INSERT the following Paragraphs:

05A All traffic control devices found in Part 5 shall conform to the provisions located in other Parts of this Manual and the New York State Supplement.

Support:

05B The MUTCD and the New York State Supplement list the acceptable traffic control devices that may be used on highways in New York.
