Section 182.41 - Yield intersections

(a) Cross County Parkway.

(1) All vehicles approaching the Cross County Parkway from the following shall, before entering the same, yield the right-of-way to all approaching vehicles:

Central Park Avenue

(2) All vehicles approaching the following from the Cross County Parkway shall, before entering the same, yield the right-of-way to all approaching vehicles:

Parkway South

LaBelle Road near New Rochelle Road

(b) Hutchinson River Parkway.

(1) All vehicles approaching the Hutchinson River Parkway from the following shall, before entering the same, yield the right-of-way to all approaching vehicles:

Wolf's Lane

Westchester Avenue

(2) All vehicles approaching the following from the Hutchinson River Parkway shall, before entering the same, yield the right-of-way to all approaching vehicles:

Westchester Avenue

(c) Saw Mill River Parkway.

(1) All vehicles approaching the Saw Mill River Parkway from the following shall, before entering the same, yield the right-of-way to all approaching vehicles:

McLean Avenue gas stations

Cross County Parkway

Rumsey Road

Yonkers Avenue--westbound

Gavin Street near Palmer Avenue

Ball Avenue

Rossiter Avenue from Tuckahoe Road

Odell Avenue

Odell Maintenance Headquarters

Farragut Parkway gas stations

Farragut Parkway--southbound entrance only

Ashford Avenue

Route 119 (White Plains--Tarrytown Road)--northeast, southeast and southwest quadrants only

Old Saw Mill River Road (Tarrytown Road)

Route 9A (Exit 25)

Roaring Brook Road--northbound from westbound only

Route 133 (West Main Street)--southeast and southwest quadrants only

(2) All vehicles approaching the following from the Saw Mill River Parkway shall, before entering the same, yield the right-of-way to all approaching vehicles:

Roaring Brook Road--eastbound from northbound only

(d) Sprain Brook State Parkway. All vehicles approaching the following from the Sprain Brook State Parkway shall, before entering the same, yield the right-of- way to all approaching vehicles:

Tuckahoe Road--northeast and southwest quadrants

(e) Taconic State Parkway. All vehicles approaching the Taconic State Park way from the following shall, before entering the same, yield the right-of-way to all approaching vehicles:

Mohansic State Parkway, entering parkway to travel north

Bear Mountain State Parkway

Miller Hill Road overlook

Route 82, Dutchess County, northeast and northwest quadrants only
