Section 167.2 - Private bridge inventory

Every county highway superintendent outside the City of New York, shall inventory all private bridges located within their respective jurisdictions in accordance with criteria outlined in section 167.3 of this Part. The City of New York shall inventory all private bridges located within the City of New York.
