Upon the completion of work authorized pursuant to this Part, the permittee shall submit the photographs required by section 134.6(b) of this Part. If the work has been performed in accordance with the permit and this Part, the permit shall be closed and any excess deposits shall be returned. Permittee shall be advised of deficiencies for immediate correction. Unfinished or unsatisfactory work which permittee refuses to correct may be completed by the Department or by permittee's bonding company. Permittee's obligation to defend and indemnify the department as described in section 134.4(c) of this Part shall survive final approval of the work.
