Section 134.1 - Applicability

This Part applies to entry onto and work upon the right of way of State highways under the jurisdiction of the Commissioner of Transportation to control, maintain, or otherwise affect vegetation located upon such right of way for the purpose of enhancing the visibility of advertising signs.
