Section 42.3 - Agreements for multiple facilities

When, in the judgement of the commissioner, it shall be in the best interest of the public, the department may enter into agreements, contracts or leases for the development, operation and/or maintenance of multiple facilities for the service and convenience of the public as one or more units.
