Section 33.4 - Commissioner's use of equipment and personnel

Upon the request of the commissioner or any authorized representative of the department, each county or town superintendent shall make such equipment as is requested, and operators for such equipment, available to the department for use in the cleanup and removal of petroleum discharges.
