Section 1100-1.5 - Office of Renewable Energy Siting and Electric Transmission Review Fee
(a) The Office shall charge a fee to the applicant in order to recover the costs of reviewing and processing an application in an amount equal to one thousand (1,000) dollars for each one thousand (1,000) kilowatts of capacity, which shall be due at the time of application filing.
