Section 420.2 - Compliance with standard code

All steam distribution pipeline facilities shall be designed, constructed, tested, operated and maintained, except as otherwise provided in this Part, in accordance with "Power Piping, ASME B31.1-1989" (as set forth in section 10.3 of this Title.)
