Section 93.3 - Types of meters eligible for approval

Only those types of meters which are completely and permanently assembled and classified by type by the manufacturer are eligible for approval by the commission. New types shall conform with the requirements specified in Acceptable Performance of New Types of Electricity Meters and Instrument Transformers, of the latest version of the American National Standard Code for Electricity Metering (ANSI C12).
